This McDonald's is an object lesson in the value of having a night manager on staff. I am a GrubHub delivery driver who often... works late nights when the only open restaurants are fast food, and the bane of my existence are slow drive-thru lines. Time ismoney in my line of work, and these aren't exactly orders that pay out a lot to begin with, so when I am slowed down, it hits meright in the pocketbook. But I was at this McDonald's just a few minutes ago, and it was more crowded than I've seen anyMcDonald's in my life, at any hour of the day. (It's near a large university campus.) First of all, the drive-thru line wasn'teven a factor because they actually had the lobby open at 12:30 at night, which you basically never see, and second of all, thepeople in the kitchen were actually hustling, getting people in and out pretty quickly, which you also never see anymore,especially late at night. Kudos to the manager who was hustling right alongside her employees. It's clear that this is a wellrun restaurant. I also like the fact that they have clearly visible electric outlets in the dining room seating area for whenyou need to charge your phone (another necessity in my line of work). Read more

This sorry excuse of an establishment doesn?t even deserve to sit on the pavement its rented on. I ordered six mcchickens in the... drive through. They told me it?d be a wait and TO PULL AROUND TO THE FRONT. I did just that and waited 20 minutes with nobodycoming up to my car.at that point, I had to go inside and the staff were clearly overwhelmed. The lady looked at me asked ?didyou have the six mcchickens??. I told her yes. She grabbed my bag and She told me ?you weren?t suppose to park up front?. I keptmy mouth shut, took the bag and left. When I came home, they shorted me a sandwich. hairy food like Chewbacca and ice coldchicken.the manager deserves to get terminated asap for not being people oriented. Also I did notice some of staff were vapingwhile at work near the fry station and sandwich area.
