They have good customer service, everything was great except what I order, I don't know if they confused with customer but 5.78... for a tiny sandwich. Was much paper than sandwich. Starbucks have bigger sandwich and cost 1 dollar less. Read more
Only one person helping customers.Young and friendly guy. All others "busy". This place needs some cleaning.
HORRIBLE. We just wanted to make a quick pit stop on our drive and thought we should get something fresh and healthy like... Panera. They took 30 min for our order of one sandwich. All the workers were just standing around laughing while there was atleast 15 people waiting for their food. Not to mention how dirty the whole place is. Don?t waste your time here. Read more

Last night had to be the best Panera Bread experience I've ever had. Starting with the wonderful customer service at the... register. The gentleman running the register had to be the most well-mannered young man I've ever spoke to and was very helpful.The food was absolutely amazing too! It came out incredibly quick, not to mention it was an order for my entire family. They dida wonderful job and the dining room was spotless!
