Drive thru takes forever but the coffee is on point.
I enjoy going to this place but only the ones at the rest stop the other one I went to inside Target was nothing compared to the... turn Pike,they never change u for oat milk which made me having to pay $11.99 for a large Ruben Crunch when I only pay $ 7.97plus the oat milk. Had a barista who initially acted as tho they didnt want to take our order, I believe it was near closing as they were cleaning... machines when we went to the counter. I believe they realised their attitude and changed it before we left. Not the first timebarista's have been rude at this Starbucks. I cross my fingers each time I go ,hoping for a pleasant visit. I really like to go to this Starbucks. And normally it?s fast and pretty good service. But when I go in to order one drink and... it literally takes them 15 minutes to make. It upsets me. They were not even busy they only had one other drink to make. Iwatched them and they just keep stopping to talk about other employees. It must of been a manager and worker because they justkept talking about other coworkers and problems. I stood there for 15 minutes just waiting for a drink that should of only taken3 minutes or less to make. I know from working at my job that the customer is always first. But obviously they don?t understandthat. It would be ok if they were actually busy but when the just stop to talk and don?t care that you?ve been waiting forever.It?s just messed up. Especially when they handed me my drink and forgot to add the toppings so I had to ask them to add them.They need to do a lot better job at putting the customers first. Read more
