Ordered a crunch wrap supreme?.. I?m not entirely sure what this is
Apparently the 1st person that spoke over the drive through intercom couldn't hear me very well,they kept saying what? And huh?... Asking me to repeat myself. So I raised my volume a little and he scoffs,and another person starts speaking. Neither of themreally seemed to know the menu as I tried to order. So finally the 2nd guys gets the order taken. We pull around,he grabbed mycard aggressively. I apologized finis sounded like I was yelling and explained I had been repeatedly asked to repeat myself.Then he thrusts a box in my hand, mumbles something very fast. I tried to ory open the box to make sure both tacos plus theitems that come with the meal was all there. Now there's the people waiting. As it turns out, the meal was correct but the extratacos was wrong. But we were 10 minutes away, tired and hungry. Absolutely ridiculous! Read more
bad quality control, ordered through the kiosk to insure vegan modifications were followed and they just made the standard... version of everything we ordered. and wouldnt re-make because they were too busy, the only other person in the store was ahomeless man sleeping. Read more
Was an absolutely awful experience. Their credit card machine was not working but they could not be bothered to put out a sign.... We ordered at kiosk and waited 15 minutes for order. We finally asked what was happening and the said could not take cards. Weleft and noticed they still charged card and went back. Still no sign up. Showed manager that we were charged and she said thatcharges won't go thru. Asked her to put up sign so this wouldn't happen again to someone else. They should stay closed permanently not temporarily. Hope they get better employees because the ones they have are very rude and... the food has gone downhill. Rather go to Oberlin avenue service is much better and they don?t screw up orders as bad as Amherstone.
