We order from this location today and they took over an hour and 15 mins to even find out where our food was delivered too, because apparently the driver isn't to bright and delivered it to the wrong address. The store told us the order was just leaving the store so 20 mins later we called back and they told us they couldn't get a hold of the driver. Then they called us back 10 mins later to tell us that it was delivered and paid for from a other unit. They offer to make the order again an make us wait a other hour, but didn't offer anything for the inconvenience of the dinner. All I can say the customer service at this location sucks and your welcome for making a sale for you.

That's one of the best Quality Pizza I tasted so far.

My husband and I had dinner there tonight and it was amazing. Will hopefully be coming back.

We haven't been to Papa's For quite some time. But service is alway good and we always order vegetarian pizza. We have been eating pizza there for 49 years. ?

I eat more pizza than I should, so I like to think I'm qualified to say that Papa's makes THE best pizza. The quality of the pizza we got was top notch. The topping ingredients were fresh, the sauce was uniquely flavoured and delicious, and the cheese was plentiful. The pizza was perfectly cooked so the slices held their form and the crust was very pleasant to eat. I discovered Papa's from a search of Google Maps, as the places local to my hotel in Greater Napanee had closed. Blind faith led me on a 30 minute drive, late at night, to an entirely unfamiliar area to get a pizza. The staff absolutely did me a solid in this regard and I am very grateful. As can be expected from a 30 minute drive, the pizza didn't stay hot. Why it was still delicious is a mystery I may never know, but the desire to try it hot is enough to entice me to make a 3 hour drive from my home. I highly recommend Papa's Pizzeria.

My husband, our 4 year old, and myself stopped in on a Saturday for lunch. We were in town for an egg hunt. We loved Papa's! Great portion sizes for the price, everything tasted awesome, service was prompt, staff was helpful... No complaints! We'll definitely be visiting again.

I personally rate this as one of the Top 5 pizza places in Kingston. Never disappointed. Ask for well done. Superb! Thank you!!!! ??????
