Considering this place is for Disney Club 33 Members and their Guests, the leadership of this place is rude an pretentious... especially to non-Club 33 Disney patrons. As an aspiring Club 33 member, if this is the service you get and exemplifies the typeof people the members are that I will be taking a hard pass. The Disney way seems to be lacking here in California. Walt wouldnot be happy. Read more
