The restaurant tucked away in this strip mall is a nice escape to some good food. The sauces were flavorful, the meat was well... spiced, and the veggies were fresh. My only critique is it is a little pricey for what you get. Its not their fault but watchout looking at the prices here on Google Maps as a lot of those prices are now out of date. Read more
My eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach. I came upon this place on Yelp. It was a suggestion from another place I was... considering. I looked it up and the pictures looked extremely appetizing. I tried and there are NO regrets. The chicken wastender. The hummus on point. Everything was tasty. Chicken Kabob plate with rice and cilantro lime hummus, side salad, coffeewith vanilla, baklava. Pita bread was fluffy. Delicious!!! Came with garlic paste, chili paste and another pink sauce. This restaurant is tucked away at the back of a strip mall. It doesn't look like much when you first park in the parking lot. We... actually almost turned around. If it weren't for all the great Yelp reviews we probably would have. Once you get into the patioarea, you can see that this place is different from what you may have been expecting from the parking lot. Inside there's asmall seating area and an order window. We ended up ordering a chicken plate and a chicken wrap. We opted to get the freecucumber infused water and go sit on the patio. The patio is very cute. Lots of shade, plants everywhere and a little fountainoff to the side. You forget you're in Anaheim. The patio actually reminds me of this empanada spot in Santa Barbara that I love.It's just very chill and makes you comfortable here. The staff was very welcoming also. When they brought the food out we werecaught off guard by how much food you get for the price. Everything has definitely gone up price wise out in the world but youdefinitely get a ton of food for what you pay here. So worth it! If I had to sum up the food in one word it would be amazing. Wewere blown away by the food. Everything was so flavorful and beautiful looking. I loved everything on my plate and that says alot because I can sometimes be a picky eater. We were looking for a new go-to Mediterranean spot close to home and this place isit. Our previous favorite spot went under during the pandemic. I can't wait to come back again and try something different. Theonly negatives for me were that they don't have chicken shawarma or tabouli. Those are my favorites. The other negative is thatwe didn't love their baklava. I've tried quite a bit of it so I think I have a good gauge for what's good at this point.
