Walked in and said I would like an order to go. I ordered the regular sized fries and some wings. They missed one of my sauces... for the wings, charged me 0.99 service fee for taking it to go, gave me an order of fries equivalent to a McDonald's small frybut it cost 5.49 for it. I feel ripped off and am disgusted with this place. Just go out of business and leave Anchoragealready. We don't need this from our local businesses here. Read more
The servers were very kind. The strawberry lemonade was fabulous. The food was horrible. The wings were drrrryyyy as the desert.... There is no way that they were cooked to order or even made that day. The salad was drier than the wings and limp. Definitely abagged salad. I received a gift card to the place. Food was okay, but we paid 50 bucks for fast food quality. It wasn't very busy, but our server made it seem like we were... expected to just eat and leave. It's a shame because we were going to have a few beverages and give her a fat tip. Instead weleft a small tip and went elsewhere for drinks. Read more
The service was a bit slow but the food was good. Just saw on my bank statement where I was charged a lot more than my signed... receipt. Update: The store manager contacted me and found that my ticket had been mixed up with another one. She resolved theissue and I have adjusted my rating. Update 2: Went back this weekend and got the same chicken sandwich. It was so small itlooked more like a slider. Compare the photos. Very disappointing, adjusted rating again. Read more

Ordered a couple sandwiches and sides on grubhub and one of my freakin burger patties was raw in the middle, barely seasoned,... and rubbery. The whole thing was soggy and sloppy too.
