Didn't love our server. she was nice-ish, but never gave our table water, and was always rushing around. One of us had to wave... her down EVERY time to get any kind of service. we did wave her down to order a few friends a second drink but she refused toserve our table any more alcohol ( I had 2 margaritas and I think my boyfriend had 2 beers, our friends both had 1 margarita).and we weren't being loud or anything. she has every right to do that, but she did it in such a rude way so I was a littleannoyed. Then at the end she was grabbing plates and asked me to hand her tip to her, instead of waiting for the customer toleave. and she did not say thank you. I will say on my end, maybe I rubbed her the wrong way when I first sat down because Iasked about a deal they had on a pamphlet and didn't hear her introduce herself. But I do wish that there was a bit morecourtesy, especially asking a customer to hand you tips while you clean the table seems very rude. it would have been better ifshe allowed us to leave, and slipped the cash tip in her tip bag and grabbed the plates. we were already getting up. I was awaitress in the past so I know it can get really busy. I also know she has the right to refuse service (such as serving alcohol)but the way she did it was brash and rude. Anywho good on her for for stating her opinion about serving customers more alcohol,its a hard thing to do, hence the 2 stars but still, it was done in a rude way and there was just poor service provided. Okay, five stars might be a little ambitious. It's Chili's after all. But the costumer service was excellent! My app notified... me about a free dessert for my birthday, but it wasn't working. I showed up, and explained and was told that this one is afranchise, and not connected to the app for the "lower 48." That being said, she brought me a free dessert anyway! Awesome! Read more
Never had a complaint in the many times I've been there. Our server today, I believe her name is Jai, was incredible. Service... was above and beyond, definitely made my kids and I feel welcomed. Read more
