The ice cream isn?t the issue, it?s just the service. Sometimes you get great ice cream sometimes you get poor ice cream. It... really depends on who makes your ice cream. I think Alona makes the best but if she isn?t there I definitely do not go in. Theportion size of the ice cream is very inconsistent depending on who is creating your ice cream treat. I have paid for a smallportion and literally got a spoonful. I know it seems like an exaggeration but it is not. When you add stuff and they put it onthe marble slab to mix the other treats, the ice cream melts and most of the ice cream is either on the scooping tool or left onthe slab. Read more

Worst ice cream I?ve ever had the waffle cones were hard as a rock and the ice cream was such a disappointment honestly taste... like spoiled cream cheese and one would expect to have pecans In the butter pecan!!! Awful service as we?ll definitely would notrecommend! Read more
