Quick and convenient. It comes out as fast as the food order does. Does the trick when you need some food
Review #1: They take like 20 minutes per order no joke. When you?re at the window to get your food you can see the screen with... the ranking of all the Taco Bell?s in the state and this one is next to last. They have an average of 18 minutes and some oddseconds per order when the screen says it shouldn?t take longer than like 3 and a half minutes or somethin like that. The personthat was taking my order from the drive thru was also taking orders in the lobby and they appeared to have one ?cook?. Obviouslythey need to pay better to get more staff Review #2: I couldn?t decide if I wanted one or two quesadillas, and just went withone when I was making my order at the box because I thought I decided I wanted two, I?d just order another one. When the timecame to get my food from the window, I asked the employee if I could add a quesadilla and he said ?no. I?d have to charge yourcard again.? My boyfriend and I were confused and looked at him curiously because we didn?t understand why he couldn?t just ringup the one quesadilla real quick and he said to us ?it?s too late I can?t run your card again? and denied us ordering anotherfood item??? Excuses me??? Is there some kind of law that no card can be ran twice at the same Taco Bell in one day? This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Never again. If you must go to TB go to the one on Old Seward. Missing items, ... broken and smashed tacos, stale and inedible cinnamon twists. Not once but every visit. Terrible! Don't go here, you will regretit. Read more

Unacceptably bad. We waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. We assumed they were short staffed, so we were being extra... patient with the wait. We ordered and paid $17 for our food - a bean burrito, nachos, crunchy taco supreme, crunch wrap supreme,and 2 soft tacos, what we received was ONLY 3 soft tacos and nacho fries (which we did not order). There were a bunch ofcoupons for free tacos for our next visit, but that doesn't help me now. I've never had a bad experience here, but not sure I'llever go back. Read more
