I was just charged 4 meals and given a 20 percent discount when we left our plates untouched due to cold food and it was so hard... we could not physically eat it. We were informed that we could wait till 4 PM and fresh food would be out for dinner. Read more
Went around 3pm on a Saturday, the food looked and tasted very old. So bad we got up and left, told the cashier that the food... was so bad, old and cold that we could not eat. Cashier proceeded to say ok I'll give you 20% off and charged us the dinnerprice instead of the lunch price that was clearly written on the sign above the cashier. Never again. I found a rock in my rice and took it to show them. One of the employees proceeded to tell me it was just rice. I have never... seen a hunk of black rice the size of my pinky finger. He continued to argue with me and tried to throw me out. Anotheremployee came up and gave me my money back. No one apologized for the food or rude service. Also the sweet and sour chicken washard and cold. I have never been treated so rude by a restaurant in my life. If this had a negative star rating I would give itto them.
