Words cannot describe how awesome the staff is at Charlew's. I'm missing home, I am missing my own kitchen and I felt like... family from the moment I walked in the door. The person who brought me my drink order offered to take my food request, theperson who brought my food asked in earnest if I wanted or needed anything in addition. When I was asked about dessert Irequested more time to make that decision and when it was clear I could eat no more of awesome goodness in front of me, myrequest was honored and I was offered dessert again. The have fancy technology that you can pay at the table which I denied, I'mold school and that was honored, I was able to do the math at my leisure and sign a paper copy. When I requested to see amanager, I was not at all surprised to recognize that the management had also played a role in the amazing service that Ireceived. We had to wait 45 minutes for our pizza because they didn't put our first one in the oven correctly. Then when we finally got... our pizza it was burnt and incredibly greasy. Most of the staff were very nice, one of our waitresses gave us a card for $5 offdue to a pizza mix up. The staff were good but the food wasn't. Won't be eating here again. Read more
