This Chick-fil-A always comes up short in comparison to every other location we've been to. It's always something wrong like... cold, stale fries or missing items. This last time I was missing a large soup. When I called about the problem, the lady I spokewith was nice and said workers would be retrained. Furthermore, the missing item was taken care of through the app, so we'rehappy about that. It's just upsetting that we gotta drive all the way uptown to feel confident about our future Chick-fil-Aorders when this location is only a few minutes from home. Read more

No matter how long the line is I have never waited more... than 10 minutes in line from the start of ordering to picking up my food. The service is magnificent.
