The food was the normal, the coffee made to order. I?m big on customer service and the shift manager this am was loudly talking... about having a sleepover with his employees?. My online order was taking over 17 mins and I asked him to check on it,? hold on aminute? with no urgency at all. I come from a long line of customer service jobs and it is the most important. This location is great. The people are pretty friendly and seemed to have everything done pretty quick. I always mobile order.... Of course if it is busy then it will take longer but they can only do their best and that?s okay. The coffee is pretty good andso is the food. My only issue is that everytime I order the wake up wraps with white cheddar I always end up with Americancheese which kind of ruins it. ???? I just can?t stand American cheese but I don?t wanna be a hassle and go and complain so Ieither just eat it or don?t. Overall a pretty good experience though! Thank you. Read more
Ive only been a handful of times generally just to pick up an order for someone else. I don't tend to drink coffee often Which... is the only reason I wasn't confident in giving a 5 star review just yet.. But With that said.. The general overall atmosphereand service I've experienced from my few visits albeit minuscule has easily been a high 4.8- 5 stars.. Prompt.. efficientpleasant and friendly service with a quick speedy in and out.. I finally tried the Iced Mocha Coffee with vanilla (usual pick uporder) Annnnndddd just like that... I had been trying to decide whether or not I wanted to come here for a coffee - after reading the countless horrible reviews,... I'll admit I was pretty much off the idea. However, curiosity got the best of me & I sure am glad that it did! Absolutely greatlocation - friendly helpful staff, great atmosphere and friendly patrons. Maybe I caught them on an "on" day? You know I wanted to give this a better rating. Let?s start with the good. The store was clean. And the staff was friendly. The... bad: the donuts were stale. The coffee tasted burnt. The only option was a kiosk to order (I don?t know why that is so annoying,but with one kiosk it was). Overall the food and coffee wasn?t good.
