The dining area was nasty. The bathrooms was disgusted. And yes, they had plenty of help. The tables in the dining area had not... been wiped down. I do like Popeyes but this places ???????? oh yeah, very limited to what you had to drink. chicken was cold. Read more

Went into Popeyes at Anderson, SC for the first and last time. No one was seated in the store but us. Had to wait on food for a... while. They were out of all coke products. The menu prices on the board were not correct. After ordering, our meal was a goodbit higher than what the board said. We were told that cooperate has not changed the prices on the menu but have changed them onthe registers. The place was a mess. There was a large liquid spill in the dining area. I so wish I took the time to find out what the young lady's name was that took care me and my daughter. She was absolutely... wonderful her personality was excellent and she treated us as if she were so happy to be there. If you really check these, mydaughter ordered potatoes and a biscuit and I ordered shrimp please thank her for making us feel like family ???? Read more

Never Would I Ever! I will not be treated horribly at this place again. I picked up a mobile order for my friend through drive... thru, I sat at the intercom for 10 minutes and no one responded so I pulled forward at the window. Mind you, there was only onevehicle in front of me; instead of being greeted and apologizing for the wait? that I was going to overlook? I was told, veryrudely, ?You Can?t Order At The Window, YOU HAVE TO BACK UP AND ORDER AT THE RECEIVER.? Than I replied with, ?I have a mobileorder.? After stating my business I witness and heard this woman complaining about the order to the other employee?s. I was thentold to pull forward with a rude tone. I asked nicely for a variety of sauces and instead of telling me that there?s a .25 centfee (not a big deal, totally would?ve paid) but it was said in the nastiest, rudest tone. I have Never! I felt like a burden, Ifelt small, the amount of rudeness was so unnecessary. I just found out that her name is Tina, she?s an older woman with shorthair. I will NEVER come back to this restaurant again? it was my first time, now my last time. I?m done.
