I went to get lunch for my family and i went thru the drive thru where the cashier was rude and over talking me. Then she said i... told her a 6 inch and clearly i said 3 12 inch subs they were rude and i will never return. When told i would call corporatethey said do it. They are unprofessional. Read more
If they changed their hours, they really need to put up a new sign. And the employees could stand to learn better customer... service. The sign said it closed at 10 pm; I went there a little after 7 and read the sign before i walked in. The two employeesjust stared at me and let me get up to the counter to see that the sandwich meats and toppings were put away. Pulled up to drive thru and waited 5min and repeated hello no one replied.. so I pulled up to window and the female worker... looked at me like ughh why are you here? And slowly made her way to the window. I placed my order making up a sandwich andlisted at least 8 things on my sandwich she never read it back to me so I asked her if she got everything Bc the person who?ssandwich that was for is very particular.. she said yes without repeating the order and guess what? Yup she left out 2ingredients after I asked her if she needed me to repeat myself. They only had one other car in the parking lot when I came so Iknow the service was not bad Bc of being busy.. I however was kind to her the whole time and I think she tried making up bysaying have a good night.. or maybe Bc she purposely left ingredients out. Read more
