You?d think that a place that consistently deals with food orders would at least attempt to get the orders right. Especially... since customers spend their hard earned money on their food. This place is so bad they can?t even get the right sauce in thebox. (Even though I paid extra to get the sauce I wanted.) then when you call, you can tell from their attitudes that they justdon?t care about the job.. Went to the one on Greenville Street. They messed up my order. Chicken was undercooked and my fries were brown. Like the grease... that they were fried in was dirty and old. Got them to give me some clean fries out of a different fryer. I had to go inside toget my order right. It smelled musty and unkept. I will never go back to that particular one!???? Read more
I?ve been a regular customer at this zaxby?s for decades, until one night they got my order mixed up. I ordered the Zaxby?s club... meal, but they gave me the signature club instead. I check it before pulling away from the window and I was think maybe theyjust put different bread with it but when I got home I looked even closer and it was not the sandwich I ordered. The young girlwho was working a late shift lied about giving me the right order, and she did not had the right attitude when it comes toworking with the public. I?m about speak with the manger tomorrow and ask for the distract manger?s number. If she has a jobthan she should at least do it right, and she acted like she didn?t even cared about her job. I?m never getting anything fromZaxby?s overall ever again, there better places where they have better customer service and food just as good for cheaperprices, and I was wondering why there were no cars in the parking a lot or a mile long line at the drive thru like there usuallyalways is. The chicken was very good as always! I really enjoyed the barbecue garlic flavor on the boneless chicken nuggets. I really... missed having celery because it's basically the only part of the meal that's actually healthy :-) I enjoy dipping it in theranch dressing. The bread was not even close to as good as it usually is and I had ordered an extra piece for 69 cents. Ittasted stale. Not very many french fries on the plate like it used to be. Got the Zax snack tonight and it was horrible. First i waited on line for a least 15 min. I was the 3rd car from the window. I... asked for NO seasoning on the fries. Got home and there was seasoning on my 10 limp french fries. The chicken fingers were dryand tough and half the size they used to be. Ordered a UNSWEET tea but got a sweet tea.
