I opened this store so I might be admittedly biased but I now work across the street and have been there three times. The... quality has gone SO far down. I've gotten sick twice after consuming my drinks. There is a blonde woman who works there whoseems to HATE everything about her job. Also their line management is a joke. No one works as a team. I was having a stressful day but as soon as I walked in I felt the calm and relaxing vibes of this place. The staff was... welcoming and the food and drinks were delicious. Amazing coffee. Absolutely delightful coffee shop and coffee with a great, relaxing atmosphere. The line moves extra slow but... the coffee is worth it... Likely that was first made evident by the ever present line. I didn't sample any of the food ordessert but it looked wonderful. Pricing for coffee is extremely reasonable. I wouldn't say 'cheap' but it's definitely lessthan Starbucks. As a heads-up... Their sign inside said "nitro cold brew based on availability"... that was proven to be false.They do not carry nitro cold brew. Read more
