I ordered a veggie pizza as always online it was delivered with another pizza that was ordered also. I opened the box and there... was Canadian bacon on half of my veggie pizza I called and they said they would send out another pizza. My husband got a calland they said because it was ordered online they couldn't replace it. Now I am out a pizza because it had meat on it so much fordinner. Read more
This place has to be the best pizza place ever created!! I never heard of Chanticleer pizza in the south metro but by far the... best pizza I?ve ever had in my entire life!! It?s all made by scratch, very fresh, and when delivered seems like it just cameout of the oven!! They make fresh dough everyday!! Nothing beats that!! Fresh dough has the best flavor, not frozen or processedwhich makes a whole lot of difference!! I recommend going to the Andover location at all times!! Do not waste time at any otherlocation! Whoever owns this place must take this place very seriously considering I?ve ordered at other locations and not at alldo I ever have as great of customer service and quality. My favorite pizza to order is the chicken alfredo w mushroom, thincrust, with 2 sides of jalapeño ranch dipping sauce. Most importantly their chanti sticks!! Their chanti sticks are soo bombwith a side of jalapeño ranch or garlic butter!! If you order their pasta order a side of garlic cheese toast w xtra garlicbutter on the side!! My wife and I used to order from this location all the time when we lived in the area and it was great. However last night I... accidentially ordered carryout online from this location instead of the one across town. I didnt realize the mistake until Iarrived at the Forest Lake location, well after the order was likely complete and waiting on me in Andover. The mistake was mineand the food paid for, so I called them to let them know without any real expectation of refund (since the fault was mine).However the person who answered the phone quickly said she'd void the transaction and it was processed right away.
