I placed an order online and wanted to pick it up at 8:45pm. When I went to pick up the order we were told the order was placed... to be ready at 9:45. After traveling for 12 hrs with 3 little ones we didn't want to wait another hour for the pizza. After Itold them of my mistake they were kind enough to make the order and have it done in 10 minutes! Everything is good. Just make sure you have a pizza cutter at home. They really don't put enough effort into cutting them.
