Would love to know why the owner allows this location to blatantly ignore customers waiting in the drive thru line at 6:40 am on... a Saturday morning because the staff can't seem to get motivated to OPEN THE STORE ON TIME at 6am?!...Five cars left after I didthis morning and 3 of us went to Hardee's where we received hot, fresh food with friendly, responsive staff! It is extremelyirresponsible to post a list of hours on your website, but fail to hold employees accountable to perform said actions! Must havemore money than brains if you find it acceptable to miss vital opportunities to increase revenue! They don?t even deserve 1 star nothing was prepared I?m from out of state traveling and have been delayed because they took my... payment before telling me they had to cook my nuggets, I ordered a peppermint mocha and their machine is GETTING CLEANED?? Ordered a simple mcChicken with fries, pulled up to the window to pay only to see the whole staff laughing & pointing at me... instead of giving me service. I watched them do that for a whole two minutes before I finally pulled away. I will never go backto this mcdonald?s again. Read more
Went at about 8:30 pm a few weeks ago. Place looked completely closed. Sign was off, lights were off (except for the kitchen)... and drive through sign was off. Thought it was weird so I pulled up anyways because I saw a car drive through and order. I askedwhy their lights were all off. Was told "because my manager doesn't want anyone to know we're open" What kind of business modelis this? Shocked they can get away with stuff like this but whatever. I drove away without picking up my order since it wastaking over 15 mins for a single order. Seems like they really don't want people to eat there. I don't need the fast food Iguess anyways. Worst Mcdonalds ever created, i dont have high expectations when i comes to McDonald's, but this one was the worst. Walked... inside, and stood at the counter 5 minutes and was not assisted. Finally hollared at a staff member in the kitchen area to beassisted. I was told they were not taking inside orders, only drive through and orders from the kiosk ,(which was only 1 thatwas functional). I asked how do i order and pay with cash? I was told they were credit card only that day, so i went next doorto the gas station. There were no signed posted stating this, guess $15 an hiur doesnt hire the top notch people that $10/hrused to a couple years back. Read more
