Amber the evening girl makes this the best mr.sub around! Both my husband and I work near 2 different locations in Barrie and we... make the drive to this one just for Amber! Came in and there was two teenage girls working hard as ever. Most fast food places I eat at have lazy teenagers who don?t show... any interest in what they do and these two girls had great customer service. We just moved to the area and we didn?t know that the places around here are closed on Christmas Day, as in Toronto most... restaurants are open. So we placed an order on the website, paid for it and went to pick it up, only to realize the place wasclosed. Needless to say we were really upset and disappointed. The reason I?m giving this place 5 stars is because the owner isone of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of talking with and he submitted the refund to head office and also sentus the order we didn?t get straight to our house, and we are so grateful and happy for the fantastic food and great customerservice we have received.
