2022 Summer: 1/5 -waited 10 minutes in the drive thru line and it barely moved, left the line, parked, got into the store and... waited another 5 minutes and that line did not move (no one even talked to the lady in front). Morning staff is great. Afternoon staff is lacking. Management should attend here in the late afternoon/evenings. The line is... always long. Mobile orders are ignored (10+ minute wait; one older lady in line with me for mobile waited 25 minutes betweenordering and receiving a drink and cookie).
