I was there a few weeks ago with my family for a special occasion. We were five people sitting on a table for four. Food took a... long time to get to us. We ordered an entree of calamari which was very disappointing. We had less than 10 calamari in theplate. The water that they served us was tap water which smelled of chlorine. The rest of the food was okay but not up to theexpectations of a Baton Rouge. Not sure if I will go back again. Read more
The ambiance and service here was very good. Both our server and greeter spoke great English. The steak we really wanted was... very tough though. We ordered the Prime Rib and had it grilled and it looked great when it arrived. Very tough though and thattook away from the whole experience. The sauces, fries and veggies were excellent though. I would still go and enjoy the placebut might want to clarify the tenderness and marbling of the prime rib. Read more
Where to start, frist the calamari got about 10-12 pieces in a huge bowl. Next baby back ribs boy do you get baby ribs, they... cover half of the plate, dry to the bone and drowned in sauce, the chicken breast looks like it came off the space ship heattile dry flat and again drowned in sauce. I should have seen all the warnings when I entered the restaurant 3/4 empty. Iremember when Baton Rouge had line ups on Saturday night and the food was great. They ribs are tasty ???? 28$ is ap little bit pricy for a small baby back ribs but meh i mean it was good.
