It's JJs. We all know it tastes decent. The consistency is alright. It's the delivery that's an issue. For the 4th time today... from this location, I've waited for an hour for my order of 1 sandwich to arrive. Considering my place is within walkingdistance to the store, (just over a mile) you'd think this wouldn't ever be an issue. I get deliveries because I work from homeand can't really step away from my laptop during lunch. Once is understandable, things happen. But 4 times over the course oflike 10 orders? Something has to change here. Hire more drivers, or pay them better to retain them. Seems like "Freaky Fast" isa Freaking Farce at this location. Read more

This newer location is fantastic! Service was excellent at the window. Love the Beach Club & Club Lulu sandwiches. The iced tea... is delish too. Recommend THIS location. The store on Ankeny Blvd. needs to close. Not enough help there & run down. Read more
Numerous times they have shown they are incapable of getting our order correct. They constantly show they fail to read the... receipt on our orders. Things they constantly fail to do. Add mayo packets for sandwiches, add bacon, leave off tomatoes. Ibelieve we are up to like $18.00 in credit because of their screwups. I would stop ordering from here but since they are a sucha simple convenience my wife keeps ordering from here and is constantly surprised that we get let down. Read more
