The food is so good and the service is amazing but while I was there there was an upset customer and the Staff antagonized them... more than help deescalate the problem. Read more
I pretty much always get the same thing at TJs, grilled chicken burrito combo. This time I also got the crispy chicken strips... they use for the crispy chicken burrito as a side, it was well worth the money because i was extremely hungry and it tasted sogood. When they called my name i was going to walk up and get my meal, but they brought it to my table before i could get out ofmy seat. I was not expecting that type of service. I think if they are going to go that hard for a fast food location then thecorporation itself should offer a better wage than what is publicly advertised on their outside banner. Not saying that $14/hrisn't reasonable but in our society currently $14 is more like $4.25/hr. But it's been awhile since I worked in the industry andI know the systems are difficult to change but our society's standards of CEO positions making millions of dollars a year as astandard has got to change. I feel as though there are not enough unions in this type of industry for these types of locationsand as to my knowledge the only culinary union in the nation is in Las Vegas. This is a huge disgrace to the staff that may bejust starting their career in the culinary industry and to those like myself that used to work 3 jobs just to make ends meet, inmy opinion. Read more
I'm sitting outside waiting for my family to come out and watching an employee playing with his hair behind the counter. I'm... disgusted. Then he didn't even wash his hands before grabbing gloves and putting them on and digging into the food. (Thankgoodness he at least did that). Read more
