Arrived and seated ourselves as the sign said. We were two tables from the bar and in direct view of staff. For 10 minutes... servers walked by us 10 to 12 times but nobody stopped to acknowledge us or offer water or drinks. Service was nonexistent. There was only two of us so acknowledging us would?ve been very simple. Not sure how they survive. The place is filthy and themusic was so loud we couldn?t hear each other talk. We won?t be back. They?ll be out of business in a few months. Read more

The food is almost always great. Service is 50/50. Sometimes it's fantastic, other times it is awful. Honest opinion- drinks are... overpriced & unless you like being shoulder to shoulder with very young folks (underage and early 20's) do not go in on aweekend. You can't move. Don't even think about running the touch tunes on the evenings and weekends either-the list alwaysseems never ending and fast pass is insanely expensive. The upstairs patio is fantastic when they first open and earlyafternoon, but once the evenings and weekends hit it gets overly crowded fast; causing issues with servers coming to you andyou waiting on line at the bar. We have also had billing issues multiple times: Having the tab run twice, having drinks and foodthat we didn't order added to our tabs, and a few times very late in the evening we've realized our tabs were insanely too highbut didn't get the opportunity to speak to anyone because they were too busy. I was only able to get my bill fixed one time, andit took them 3 days to "look into it" and actually fix it. I would highly recommend paying in cash only. Read more

Work group staying at nearby hotel, so we walked to Whiskey River for dinner. Waitress was super nice and friendly. Drinks /... beer were good. Decent value for amount of food. Negatives - music is way too loud and type of music is obnoxious - especiallyat 7:00 pm. Maybe after 9:00 - sure, crank it up if you want. But was unpleasant. Food was bit greasy - but okay for barfood. Onion rings were actually thin onion straws and super greasy and sad. Chips and salsa, however, were very good. Read more

The staff here are nice and the business features the great amenities of a bar, patio and rooftop. Those are the positives. On... the other hand the management shamefully doesn't seem to have customer interests in mind. No tap water is allowed to be served. The customer must purchase a water bottle for $2. All credit card transactions will have 4% added to them. Credit cardtransactions under $10 will be rounded up to $10, as the lowest transaction amount allowed. It all seems pretty greedy to me. Ifthey treat customers like this, how do they treat employees? Read more

It was a nice atmosphere however the music is so loud you can't have a conversation with anyone I was hoping the upstairs would... be different but it wasn't but the veiw was nice. I ordered a pitcher of beer I handed the bar tender a $20 I was expectingchange but there was none that's the actual price. So the place is very overpriced. Read more
