We were super excited to try Anthony's. Unfortunately we were disappointed by the lackluster service. We ordered a half... pepperoni/half cheese pizza and cheesy bread. We got the pizza, but instead of the cheese bread from the menu, we had a cheesepizza. We called to see if there was a mistake (after driving to pick up the pizza and cheese bread) and we were given the runaround. They wanted to deliver us the cheesy bread- after we had already waited 30 minutes to pick up our pizza. They wanted tohave us come pick up a cheese bread- again, we just left the store and drove home. Then when we asked for a refund, the onlyoption given was "We can give you $10 off your next purchase." ...This was our first time going to Anthony's, AND we're movingwithin a few days so no, a discount isn't going to help us. It was frustrating to want to try a place so badly and then bedisappointed by getting the wrong thing. Then with the phone call about the error, it seemed nobody wanted to accept anyresponsibility and they weren't flexible at all. We also heard them in the phone during pickup and they had forgotten food onsomeone else's order. We were also told on the phone ?So we gave you more food? like they did us a favor, which seemedrude.
