Sat at a table for 15 minutes and struggled with the ordering app. Cashier was aware of our presence the entire time, but when... we approached the register to order in person, we were told that no more orders would be taken. There was no flexibility shownre. our situation. Would not return. Read more

My son and I ate there, in the restaurant, and they had no physical menus. So we scanned the QR Code and ordered. In the... ordering process, there was a box for special instructions. He asked for fried rice instead of white rice. It came with whiterice, then when we asked the waiter why the request was not honored, he said the cook does not make fried rice. But, if weordered a separate order of fried rice, then he would make it. This made no sense, and we were not satisfied with the lack offlexibility on the part of the restaurant. Also, when ordering from your table, you must include the tip and pay before theorder is received. So the staff knows your tip amount BEFORE they make your order. The only time you pay BEFORE a meal isusually at places where no tip is assumed (such as a Chipotle type restaurant). This was presumptuous and insulting and had Iknown how unaccommodating they were going to be, I wouldn't have left a tip at all. Also small portions for large prices waswhat we experienced. I would NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone and will certainly not be returning myself. After orderinga $16 dish, I had to stop for more food on my way home as I left the restaurant hungry. I've never experienced this before. Read more

The food tastes really bad, probably the worst korean food i have ever tried; i would give zero stars if i could. I was... surprised since the reviews seemed so high on google but it was very misleading. The a omurice i ordered was so greasy, hadbarely any vegetables so it was really just a ball of greasy rice, and they didnt even bother mixing any of the ingredientstogether. My friend ordered jajangmyeun which was even worse than mine, the noodles were all overcooked and sauce was way toosweet and just was not good, nor close to what the actual korean sauce should taste like. It was a waste of money. I?ve lived inAnn arbor for four years and literally any other korean restaurant tastes much much much better than here. If you like Koreanfood and know what it should taste like, this is not the place for you. ** went here in march when it was opened side note theowner is rude as well Read more

I used to come here all the time when it was University Cafe years ago and it was my favorite Korean spot. The food is still... amazing, but I'm giving it 4 stars because they stopped doing all the little Korean side dishes you normally get at a Koreanrestaurant. This is disappointing given that its not the cheapest restaurant. Read more
