Update: Credit where credit is due, the last few times I've been have been quick, there seems to be more staff, and food has... been just fine. +1 star from my previous review. The staff are very friendly and they generally do a good job. Food is good forBK. It's just a poorly operated location ? mismanaged and short-staffed. Wait time is usually 2-3 minutes per car during lunchand 4-5 minutes per car in the evening. Meaning sometimes you're waiting 30+ minutes on food and thinking you could have justgone to Meijer. They also close earlier than listed, but I can't seem to figure out what time that is. Then you have to gothrough customer support to get a refund on your order. Ugh.
