My husband and I had lunch here today, our first visit to a CPK. Our server was friendly, but she was extremely inattentive and... no where to be found most of the time we were there. The best part of our experience was the Caesar salad. We both loved it! Romain was very fresh and dressing was really good. The person who delivered it wasn't our waitress, and at that point we stillhadn't been given silverware, napkins or plates so had to ask and then wait for those. Same with salt and pepper. Also had toask a couple of times for lemon for our water. We ordered the bbq chicken pizza and weren't happy about it at all. The crustwas really bland, and we thought the flavor of the bbq sauce wasn't good at all and really overwhelmed the entire pizza. Unfortunately, we will not be back. Read more
I visited this place with my toddler son because this was probably the only place where i can get some pizza within the mall. He... was riding the mall rented kid’s cart and the door was hard to open and maneuver the cart inside by myself. Luckily anempathetic fellow visitor opened and kept the door and let us in. The place was inside was dark and definitely not kid-friendly.My son, 3 yrs old immdly became uncomfortable and started to cry. However since this was the only place for pizza for him, ihoped the quality of food will compensate for the lack of ambience. After a few minutes a make receptionist arrived and startedtelling he cant allow the cart inside!!!!!! Surprise. In a restaurant running within a mall a mall provided kids cart wont beallowed!!! I said i rented it for my son and i cant take him out of it now! He will start to cry more and was already miserable.But after a few seconds he changed his mind and showed us to a table at the very end of the restaurant. This was not the kindof reception i hoped for. And the pizza was not so great either. It was so,so. Run of the mill variety. Not many kid friendlyoptions as well. My son fell asleep before the pizzas arrived. In a few minutes i think the restaurant manager showed up and wassympathetic my son fell asleep. He has empathy in him and had a few words with me. So that was some consolation for the lack ofexperience i hoped for. All in all this not a place where you can take your kids and have a fun time. My buddy and I went to CPK the other day and the service from our server Mason was absolutely great. He told us he was... relatively new but still took the time to make conversation with us and not just take our order and walk away. Overall,experience was great. Read more

It was a little weird with the first idea of eating CPK at the mall but the quality of the food was just as good. I always get... the egg rolls they are amazing definitely recommend if you haven’t had it before. The service was good with happy faces and wejust got the drinks and quick appetizers. CPK being at the mall does make it a little convenient to go shopping and spendingsome time at the mall right after eating. I would definitely be going back. Read more
