Two bad experiences at this Chipotle. They leave their order online option up when the restaurant was no longer taking online... orders. I waited in line for 30 min for an online order that I had already paid for when it said it would be ready for pick upwhen I arrived. When I got there, there were no bowls, chips, or bag. I asked for double guac on the side and they put 2X guacin my burrito. At 8:30 PM, employees also said they didn't think they could get through the line by closing, then said "We'reclosing at 9pm no matter what" but didn't close the door to keep people from waiting for ~30 minutes even though the employeesweren't planning on serving the new people in line. ALSO NOTE: The store hours say they were going to close at 10 PM NOT 9PM. Finally, I get the hot salsa every time I order. There was no quality control this time and it was completely nuclear. Itwas literally unpleasant to eat my burrito that was supposed to be a bowl, but you'll remember, they didn't have bowls. Read more

I tried to get chips around dinnertime and there was none. Some of the employees are rude and will be slow to acknowledge you... even when there's no one else in line. I know someone else who had an employee SLOWLY EMPHASIZE that their order wasn't readywhen asked. No one should expect this type of behavior. This is one location I wouldn't recommend visiting. My daughter got a quesadilla and side of white rice last night and the rice was mostly uncooked, inedible. I tried to call the... store to let them know so that all of their orders weren?t compromised, but there was no way to get through to a human being,just an automated system.
