I generally rate Chipotle shops with 5 stars, but this particular one is inconsistent with (can you believe it??) the lettuce.... Instead of the usual fresh romaine, my last salad used what tasted like savory spring mix. I would have preferred being told ifthey were out of romaine lettuce. Read more
Don't place an order online through their site. They will take your money for pick up and then tell you they can't take online... orders. They will not refund you. You have to call a 833 number. In which is not even a working number!?! And the managerrefuses to make the food you paid for. Very poor service and business pratice. Basically theft. Will be contacting corporatefor the negligence of not informing online customers, they won't get their food or refund. Very disappointing and incompetent management. The food is great if you can get it ordered. Have been attempting to order online and via the phone. Both systems are not... working properly with a continual we can't accept your order at this time or "Opps something is wrong." Even created an rewardsaccount where it finally allowed entry of the credit card information and it continued to not allow the order at this time.Finally got through to a real person on the phone and was told it must be you.
