Pretty disappointed. I've been going to Chipotle for quite some time now, but realized today when they told me there was no... queso and no guac that they still had some. When questioned, they said it was for online orders only ????. So an onlinecustomer is more important than a in-store customer!? Sad Read more
The location doesn't follow the posted hours they advertise. They will take your online order even if the store is closed. You... will need to contact the corporate office to get a refund. You will show up and find that they are closed. This is a waste oftime. If you look at other reviews this is consistent for this location. Read more
They close early, as everyone who walked in after 6PM was very rudely informed by the cashier?despite the lettering on the door... that reads ?Open Daily 10:45AM-10PM.? Watched people standing out in the rain trying to figure out why the front doors werelocked (while all the employees played the ?don?t make eye contact or even look in their general direction? game) because theincompetent clowns that manage this location are apparently too dense to realize that if you?re going to arbitrarily change yourhours every week, the least you can do is get a pen and put a sign on your door informing customers of those changes. 0/10,honestly a little surprised Chipotle corporate allows their locations be run this poorly now. Really not good. The worker got snappy with me because i asked for extra meat after he gave me a half of a scoop. They will load... your food up with guacamole and cheese but barely any protein. I?ve been to so many other chipotles that were much better.Gross, unseasoned, and not worth it. Read more
