Very fast service, the food is excellent and the portions are good! You?re getting what you pay for! staff is very friendly.
Coffee is okay, but IMO service is just as important as product. ...I ordered a mocha with whipped cream and got a vanilla... something with no whipped cream. I went back up to my fiance's room (who needs 24 hour monitoring so I couldn't get back down tothe coffee shop for 2 hours). Tried calling, straight to voicemail, no call back. Went down there, politely told them what Iordered and what I got. She had me open the lid to show her then said 'it must have been rang in as a white mocha' and walkedaway. Made someone else's coffee, then mine. I asked for whipped cream. She said 'just make sure to let them know what you want.I can't see what you ordered because it's been so long'. I said I did and told her why I couldn't come down sooner. She said'it's okay'. I said I know it's okay, I didn't do anything wrong. She started to argue so I walked away. Very good bagels, good deals too, but.....I always feel stressed here, when choosing bagels. Having to call them out from the... register doesn't work for me. It starts causing me to be stressed by customers behind me, if I try to move back and forth tothe bagel counter to see the choices, the employees make me feel rushed and guilty. It's never a relaxing/comfortable purchasingprocess. Read more
