The food is probably good if they were cooked properly. We probably waited 30mins till we get our food. My boyfriend?s order was... already cold. My egg Benedict - was first served with smoked salmon, I ordered BLT. Later on they figured out and brought thecorrect one but it only had hard boiled eggs (pic1) - well that?s the whole point of the egg Benedict and was ruined. I can onlyassume the order was sitting on the counter well 10+ minutes before delivered to our table. We asked to just bring the eggsagain - well, they spent another 15 minutes to create a whole plate, and which in one way nice but presentation wasterrible(pic2). You can see it was made in rush, egg yolk was present yet it?s all broken and running everywhere. I was justhappy to have porched eggs by themselves replaced. I don?t say customer service/waiters were bad, though if your cooks are nottrained or understaffed due to this Covid-19 situation , and cannot provide the proper service, I?d rather appreciate to haverestricted seating and limit the service capacity for the time being. Super disappointed by my first experience here. Service was incredibly slow, and after my order was screwed up and I was brought... the wrong dish it took so long to get the correct dish that everyone at my table had finished eating. Still waiting for mybreakfast to come out, I finally just asked my order to be boxed up to go. We had to wait another 15 min and When the orderfinally came out it looked pathetic, thrown together in a rush, and completely unappetizing. The server did take the dish offthe bill, but when I went to check out and the hostess asked how my meal was and I said ?not great?, her response was ?that?sgreat!?. Super bummed because this place is on my morning route and I was looking forward to a new breakfast spot. Read more
Very disappointing experience at this first watch location. The coffee mugs smelled awful; we could barely drink our coffee. I... asked for a side of milk for my coffee and it came in a dirty cup that had orange juice pulp on it. My eggs were overcooked andthey forgot the avocado in my dish. The waitress never came back to check on us, she just dropped off the check and left. Saveyour money and go to one of the many great breakfast spots in the area. Read more
I went today and it was absolutely AMAZING my server was so sweet and helpful. My food had so much flavor! 10/10
