I don't know what has happened in the past six weeks at this location, but the service went from great to don't waste your... time/money very quickly. We ordered dinner six weeks ago for four people and had no issues: food was good, order wascorrect. Last week, we ordered dinner and got the wrong items (ordered the chicken salad, got the lighthouse sandwich instead).Of course we didn't realize this until we got home (and it's a 25 minute drive when the traffic is good one way). The girl atthe counter was rude when our order was being placed, so maybe she was distracted and keyed in the wrong item. We decided lastnight to order again (I was looking for soup and a sandwich for dinner) and we ended up not getting one of the sandwiches orsoups that we had ordered. At this point we're just throwing money down the drain for sandwiches that are becoming more greaseand mess than worth their price tag. I think we'll take a break from GTPC for a while and hope things improve over time. Read more
I really don?t leave reviews but this was just absolutely not cool. Food is amazing here! but the front counter girl that I had... gave me the worst attitude I think I have ever encountered just because I asked her if they had any other cherry pies! Sheseemed angry and distraught at my presence nor did she treat customer?s after me with the same attitude. Either way I heldrespect for her and she didn?t. Kinda sucks to be treated like that. The food was somewhat decent? don?t think I?ll ever order a salad again though. My friend said about hers, ?at least it?s?... nutritious?. I don?t think anyone wants the bar to be THAT low when trying to find a good restaurant. :/ Read more

I stopped by this place for lunch the other day, ordered a salad, drink, and a slice of pie. As the cashier goes to fetch my... pie, another employee begins making my salad. The salad prep station is behind the counter just to the left of the register. Thesalad prep employee had a cough, which she was making no effort to cover while she was making my salad and standing over opencontainers of salad ingredients. It was at that point that I determined it was not in my best interest to eat here. When thecashier returned with my pie, I requested a refund, which she happily fetched the manager to process. The manager barelyacknowledged me, and made no effort to determine what the issue was, but, to her credit, issued me the refund withoutdifficulty. On my way out, another woman, presumably the general manager or owner did stop me to inquire what the issue was.When I informed her of the employee hacking up lung butter on and around the salad fixins, she was quick to apologize. Herprofessionalism as well as the cashier's earned them a second star. I question whether they threw out the salad ingredients orsent the coughing employee home after I left. I would hope that they did. Either way, I can't quite see my way to giving thislocation another chance. Read more
