I ordered 6 Hot cross buns three weeks ago as my mother who is 87 loves them for Easter. I do this every year. I showed up at... 2pm not realizing they closed at 2pm today. [The gal I ordered them three weeks ago from asked me when I would like to pick themup and I said early afternoon she never told me they close at 2pm on Saturday]. Anyways, I arrived to find the doors closing andthe manager inside and I explained my situation and she said they give them away if no one picks up the order. I found thisreally unsensitive and uncaring. She did not offer me any other product for the inconvenience. It was clear her and her staffjust wanted to close up shop. I also noticed they left 2 orders outside the door of folks who ordered stuff and had not pickedit up as their names were on them. This is poor business. It is an Easter weekend and this place closes at 2pm and does not evenhave the decency to call me. They had my number as they asked for it during my order placement. They have lost my business.
