So much gelato in an order! A little pricey, but I think it's justified give the amount and the diversity of flavors offered. I... got blood orange with lemon for my own twist on their strawberry lemonade mix they were advertising at the time. Goodalternative to ice cream for my lactose intolerant friends and for people who don't like super sweet treats. The worker wasalso very sweet and you could tell she wanted to give us quality purchases (my friend got a smoothie or some blended drink and Isaw the worker adjust the ratio ingredients and re-blend it twice for a better consistency). Yes Yes yes!! What a Delicious and Refreshing place to go to. The Staff is So Nice and Greet you Promptly. The Gelato is Yummy... and there are so many choices! Good thing they offer you as many samples as you want. They actually encourage it so you can trynew flavors. You never know what you may like. And the Atmosphere is just really nice. This was my first time trying gelato, so unfortunately I can't speak to Iorio's quality compared with other gelato shops. But I... CAN say that what I had was rich, creamy, and so much more delicious than regular American ice cream (which is a tall order,because I love ice cream). The staff was friendly and offered samples of the ice cream. There was a good selection of flavors; Ihad the espresso flavor, because coffee + ice cream = heaven. Also be aware that they fill the cups with heaping portions, soyou will get almost twice the amount of the actual cup size. As of today, the price was 4.75 for a Medium, which is a decentserving size. I'm so glad this shop exists in my area. I'm looking forward to returning and trying their other flavors! Read more

I first discovered my passion for Gelato in Germany and ice cream has never been the same since. I have tried to find Gelato in... Michigan and this is the only place that is as close to authentic as it gets in the Midwest. The only thing missing was somesorbet flavors as well, when I went there were only chocolates and coffees nothing fruity so I am looking forward to going againand maybe getting blood orange or lemon if they have some.
