What is the hype about this place? You might ask... Well it is deserved and logical. Very good and unique flavor... You are in... for a delightful experience. The Asian inspired takes are spot on! If you like spicy, you are fine going for hot if not go forthe middle. Service is fast and price is fair despite being in the higher side, portion are nice. Special love to the cucumbersesame. Finally got to try Ricewood last night when my husband and I made it to York for dinner and drinks! Ricewood is located right... when you walk into York. Despite being busy, they had our food ready fairly quickly and we were able to sit down inside York andenjoy it. We tried the Pulled Pork sandwich and were blown away with the flavor profile of the sandwich. The tender meat, sweetbbq sauce, and delicious special chipotle sauce they drizzled on top was all mouthwatering. We will definitely be back to trymore of their extensive menu! Read more

2022 update. The brisket is still great. Rice got better. They added a few new items to the menu like pulled pork tacos on... Thursdays and Burgers on Friday and Saturday night. Still love the place and it still gets 5 stars from me. Food was good. Thebrisket was delicious!!! The rice was overcooked and kind of gelatinous. I would definitely go back for the brisket and lookforward to trying the pork. They also didn't have any sandwiches the day I went but maybe next time. Added bonus they have avast selection of craft beers at the same location. Read more

We loved the food here. The brisket runs out about 4pm most days. You should come for lunch if you want the brisket sliced, not... chopped (aka the last couple pieces). I love the flavors and although the line can get pretty long, it moves very quickly! Theguy taking our order was so fun and helpful. I will absolutely be back soon. Read more
