I used the very full drive-thru during lunch hour, knowing it would take some time. Drive thru was incredibly slow. Over 30 minutes. They would only take one order and hand that out before even taking the next... order. Watching the customers in front of me wait at the speaker 10 minutes or more before being asked for their order. Wouldhave left the drive-thru line and drove away if I could but it's not possible due to the drive-through design. Read more
