Excellent all the way around. Phenomenal food and an atmosphere that is relaxing while still engaging. All the benefits of a... high class restaurant without the "stress" or intensity of some places. The menu offers diverse, sophisticated choices but isstill simple...quality, not quantity. My favorites are the duck breast (the sauce is OUT OF THIS WORLD & I don't even likefruit!), escargot puffed pastry, risotto appetizer, and salmon puffed pastry, though there's a lot I still have yet to try. I love this place, nice atmosphere and great service! The sea scallops were fantastic, very tender and the sherry cream sauce... is delicious. Grilled salmon also very good! The wine, shallot, and lemon sauce was really good, I thought the sides for bothdishes really complemented their entrees well. Creme brulee was delicious as well! Overall we were very pleased!! This place was great. I did not know the place was in the basement at first, so that was pretty cool. The atmosphere was great... and the staff all very nice. They have a lot of options to pick from, and from what we got, it was all really good. I loved thepepper filet, it had a lot of flavor to it, and was very tender.
