10/10 definitely recommend! The rooms are so well kept and clean, the bathrooms are to absolutely die for. The Bluetooth mirror... and speakers in the bathroom make the shower the ultimate karaoke spot. I would like personally to shout out Sarah, the frontdesk employee who took the time out of her day to help my friend?s car start up by giving us a jump. It?s a wonderful stay! Read more

The hotel poolside did not state we would share a balcony and upon checking in our room found stranger sitting at a table... outside our door where we would have to walk around them to go downstairs to the pool. Had I known that I wouldn?t have paid somuch for poolside. 389.00 way too much. Hours for drinks at bar only till 10:30 on Friday was crazy. We were out to dinnerfor a wedding shower and came back to hotel only to be told no service. Next day was same after going to another event functionand back at hotel told closed till 4:30. I had my Baby Shower here this past weekend and it was fantastic. From start to finish the process was smooth and the staff was... pleasant to work with! I want to give a shoutout to Amber in sales who was very kind, informative, and responsive to anyquestions I had. Daniella in the Bake shop who had the same qualities and made my cake spectacular. Lastly, Josh and his teamwho were our servers during the event did a fabulous job and worked so hard. The buffet food was delicious and we did not haveto worry about a thing except what decorations we wanted to bring! Everything was taken care of with great service. This hotel will always be my favorite, I have been visiting since I was very young with my grandparents (when they had a slide... into the pool). My husband took me back last year for my birthday and it was so much fun. We loved exploring the hotel, lookingat all the famous people that have stayed, the restaurant reminds me of the titanic, the retro game room, and so much more. Thepool at night on the adult time is just amazing a relaxing. We will be going back soon! Read more
