Tried calling to place a large order. No one would pick up. Go to the store. Staff sitting on their phones, looked annoyed I... showed up. They got really bothered when I ordered the platter box and wanted it now. Then while I am standing waiting. Thecounter is dirty. They have no beverages in the cooler. The chips display is shambles. The sub was okay but the lady that made my sub was chewing gum and the other make server had long black hair and was not wearing... at that. A disgrace. I'm all for hiring young people but you've got to train them. Customer service sucks. Read more
Looking to get salads we went to Firehouse Subs. The register malfunctioned so the youngman in charge gave us our food for... free. Back at our hotel room we started to eat our salads. They looked awesome with all the fresh vegetsbles, cheese, andmeats on top. Unfo r tunately the romaine lettuce was brown and soggy and should've been thrown out days ago. It was free, butwe were willing to pay. Had someone more responsible been there, the register would be working, we would've paid, and perhapswe would've enjoyed our salads. Read more
