Very disappointed with the customer service for a family-run establishment. My cousin has lived down the street for YEARS and... has had nothing but great things to say, but after my experience last night, I will never bring my business back here again. Itis down right embarrassing how the employees here treat their customers. When I went to pick-up my to-go order last night, thegirl at the counter was exceptionally rude. I asked if that was everything and she said yes. I noticed that the friedmushrooms I ordered were not there so I told her those were missing. She did not apologize at all, just grabbed the missing boxand placed it on top of the pizza boxes. I then asked her if there was salad dressing. Her response was, "I don't know." Iwas shocked by her answer and when I asked, "you don't know?" she said, "isn't it in there?". I told her it wasn't and sherolled her eyes and went to the back to get me ONE dressing for two big salads. I asked if I can have another one, and sheagain did not apologize at all and just handed me another one. I then walked over to the counter to get pepper flakes. Inoticed there were TONS of shakers on the counter but no containers to put them in. When I walked over to the counter to askfor a container or individual packets, I was told "that isn't allowed". He then went to the gentleman (who I am assuming wasthe owner) to ask him, and he tells me I have to pay for it. It's not even about paying for the crushed pepper that wasupsetting, it was how I was treated as a customer from the moment I walked up to the counter. We NEED to do better aboutteaching our employees how to treat people with respect, and that starts with having basic manners. Read more
We had scheduled a Luncheon for our Dealership and the original company made a mistake and didn't deliver. Rocco's SAVED the... day!!! They had 15 pizzas ready in 45 minutes for my hungry technicians. We will always use them. They pizza is also amazing!Priced well too :) Read more
It was great, I went in for a pepperoni slice but they needed to make a pizza to serve me ,.so it was great, freshest couple... slices I ever had, compared to other places that have slices sit under a heat lamp, not sure that will happen again but thepizza and lasagna are always good. Read more
