Walked in at 8:45 to order dinner. Stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes. 4 employees looked at me and not 1 of them... greeted me, asked me if I needed anything?.didn?t even say anything to me. Just let me wait and then I got tired of waiting andjust walked out. Employees that just don?t care! They don?t get it and have no ambition to excel or succeed in the workplace.It?s a shame that any establishment has to pay $15/hr to people that don?t want to work. Very slow service. Went through the drive-thru for breakfast. There was no line, but after I paid I noticed a couple of cars... waiting in parking spots for their orders. The employee at the window told me to pull up to wait, also. After several minutesthey finally brought my sandwich out, but said it would be another 7 minutes for my coffee. Ordered delivery, I usually don?t bother to make poor reviews but I?d love to save anyone with the chance. The... nuggets/fries/chocolate milk were fine. The only reason they got 1 star is because I cant put 0. This is hands down the ABSOLUTE WORST Wendy's EVER. They are completely... incompetent. The need to shut this place down. There is always a wait for no reason. They screw my order up every single time.The mangers are more concerned with keeping their drive-thru times down then getting your order correct. They ask you to pullto the side and they will bring your order out, even when no one is in line.Making it impossible to ask for napkins andcondiments. Or the right food because it is a GRANTEE that will get something wrong!! Read more

I'm usually not one to write reviews, but tonight was that bad during my visit. So I pulled up at 11:30 PM on a Friday night to... see if they were still serving. I was told the wait would be 10-15 minutes and I said ok that's fine thanks for the heads up. 15minutes goes by and the employee says sorry we're not making anymore food tonight. I said I just waited 15 minutes and was toldthat you would be taking my order afterwards. He says dang ok what's the order we got you and proceeds to take my order thensays ok. No total was given and I wasn't told to pull around, so I wait about 2 more minutes and pull up to the window then honkbecause both visible employees had earbuds in. The drive thru attendant opens up the window and I said are you making my food orwas I just told twice I could get my food after you took my order? He tells me sorry the guy making sandwiches doesn't want tomake anymore and he had a bad day because of an uber order that was 20 sandwiches. I said ok? well maybe next time make theexecutive decision close the drive thru and not make customers wait for 25 minutes thinking they'll be getting served. Look Iknow it was 30 minutes until close so I had no expectations and I'm just as ok as the next person being told they're closing upshop. We've all been there a laundry list of stuff needs to get done at every job before closing. Next time have a little selfrespect and professionalism in your everyday life. Read more
