Blacks Family Restaurants killed it this time. Even though they were booming at lunch time, service was still incredibly fast... and staff was friendly and excitable. Used to be good. Now they just don't care. Placed an order with the app and check in at the location. 30 minutes later we get a... notification on the app saying that the food was delivered. We went inside and were told "We were busy." We got our food coldand the ice in the drinks was melted. They would not let us get new drinks either. Rude and nasty people. Don't waste your timehere.
