Ordered 2 Chicken Strip Baskets, a Blizzard and Milk Shake. Took 20 minutes sitting at the pick up window before food came out.... Both of the Chicken Baskets had only 3 pieces of Chicken, not the 4 or 6 that come with the meal. The Toast was also missingfrom both orders.we did not order the $7 Box, if we had we would of gotten a drink and a Sundae. No drinks were ordered, nosundaes were ordered. I have been meaning to write a review of this DQ location for awhile now, I moved to the area a couple yrs ago and have visited... this DQ quite a bit and I have always had a great experience. I have always gone thru drive-thru, and you usually have to wait abit for your hot food but thats ok because they bring it out to you piping hot and freshly made every single time! I am alwaysimpressed with the high quality of the food and service here and the workers are all very nice and friendly--Kudos to thisfranchise--you guys are doing everything right!! Read more
It took 18 minutes to receive an order for a bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a pop. That?s a very long time for something pretty... basic - especially when others that arrived after you get their food sooner. There was also an additional charge for bbq sauce,which generally comes with a bacon cheeseburger anywhere else. On the positive side, it was a decent burger. Read more
