If you are looking for a delicious burger (the Agave Burger is heaven) in a unique atmosphere, MaGillyCuddys is your place!... Every time we've dined at MaGillyCuddys we've had delicious food, cold drinks and service with a smile. The owners and staff arealways a joy to talk too, making this our go to place on any day of the week! We found this restaurant while searching local restaurants to try and it did not disappoint. This is a small little... bar/restaurant in Anoka. The decor is fun and you know it?s going to be fun place when they have the lamp from A Christmas Storybehind the bar. We were greeted immediately after choosing a table. We started out with Reuben rolls. These were fried toperfection with a great Reuben flavor with 1000 island dipping sauce. Great crunch and great flavor. We also tried Irish nachos.These are house made chips topped with cheese sauce, corn beef, bacon and diced tomatoes. These house made chips were amazing,fried to perfection so that the sauce didn?t make them soggy. That cheese sauce has so much flavor! We shared the GuinnessCheese Burger. This is an open faced burger on a sourdough bread topped with perfectly cooked fries topped with the most amazingMacgillycuddy cheese sauce. That cheese sauce is the show stopper. And of course we tried the fish and chips. Nice portion offish with an amazing coating and crunch. Tartar sauce was good, just a normal tartar sauce. The fries that come with the mealare delicious with a good crunch. Not a plain fry. Overall great experience and an added must go back restaurant on our list. Read more
A nice little bar with good food. Unfortunately seems understaffed because there's usually one person running around trying to... help everyone but otherwise I've had no issues with them. Keep up the good work! Read more
Flawless dinner. Everything we ordered was superbly prepared. Desserts and appetizers were excellent as well. Not inexpensive,... but a terrific place for a celebratory meal. Read more
